Waw Creative Arts has been instrumental in shaping family-friendly creative zones at major public events, pioneering the integration of faith-driven arts into large-scale festivals. For three amazing years, we’ve teamed up with the Mayor of London’s Office to deliver hands-on workshops, community murals, live performances, and immersive arts experiences at Eid in the Square - right in the heart of Trafalgar Square! It’s vibrant, creative, and all about unity.

Making History at Shakespeare’s Globe
In 2023, Waw Arts Academy broke barriers and made history as the first ever organisation to stage a non-Shakespearean play at Shakespeare’s Globe - written produced and directed by us. This bold and beautiful production celebrated the Islamic Golden Age and the incredible contributions of Muslims to modern life. It wasn’t just a play - it was a powerful moment of cultural storytelling that challenged stereotypes and sparked new conversations. Waw Creative Arts has performed this play initially at the Brady Arts Centre - in collaboration with LB Tower Hamlets and Arts Council England.

Waw Arts Academy has brought their unique acapella performances to some of London's most iconic landmarks, captivating audiences with their harmonious voices and powerful messages. Waw Arts Academy writes all of their songs in-house and only performs original songs.
